1.Where is my package?

Trackdog allows you to enjoy the convenience of tracking all couriers information with us, you can track your package on Trackdog directly. If you have questions with the shipments, you can contact your carrier company for more information (How to find your carrier contact information on Trackdog).

2.When can I receive my package?

The delivery time may be different for different shipping carriers, and there is no exact estimated delivery time. Maybe you can ask your carrier company or your seller for the estimated delivery date.

3.Why it shows ‘Not Found’ when tracking my package?

The status "Not found" means your tracking information is not available currently. Under normal circumstances, it is because your seller has not hand over your package to your carrier, you can track your package after 1-2 days after your purchased from your seller.

Also you can double check if your tracking number is correct, or you can contact your seller and for verification.

4.It shows my package is Delivered, but I have not received it, what to do?

Under normal circumstances, it means your package has been delivered successfully. If you have not receive it, you can try these:

·Contact your seller or shipper to verify the shipping address

·Check if there is someone else or your neighbor received your package

·Contact your local shipping carrier for more information

5.It shows my package is ‘Expired’, what does it means?

‘Expired’ is a status of the shipment status, it means your package has no update information for one month or has not been delivered for two months. If you meet this condition, you can contact your carrier company to inquire more details.

6.It shows ‘Alert’ when tracking package, what does it means?

The status ‘Alert’ means your package has experienced an exception, it may be the following reasons:

·Delivery failed, your local carrier may try to delivery again

·Your package can’t be delivered for some exceptions and has been returned to your sender.

7.I didn’t receive my package, how can I get a refund?

Trackdog is a platform for tracking information, not responsible for the package. You can contact your seller or shipper where you purchased items and ask for a refund.

8.Why there is no update on my package for a long time?

Trackdog will update tracking information from your carrier, and there are many reasons cause this problem.

·Your carrier don’t provide complete tracking information

·Your carrier misses to enter the new tracking information

·There may be a delay in customs clearance

9.How can I do if there is no update on my package for a long time?

·Contact your seller or shipper and ask for the estimated delivery date.

·You can contact your courier company to check the status of your package

10.How can I change the shipping address?

The address can’t be changed if the package has been shipped out. After your package arrives in your country, you may contact your local shipping carrier and ask them if you can change address.

11.My package is ‘In Transit’ status since 30 days, can you update new information?

The shipping information will be updated if there is new information updates in your carrier’s webs. For international shipping, some carriers may not provide tracking details for destination country, your package may be still in transit to your destination country, and there is no estimated delivery time.

In this case, you can contact your seller or the carrier company for more details.

12.My package is broken, how can I return it back or get a refund?

Trackdog is a platform for tracking information, but we are not responsible on the items you purchased. In this case, please contact your seller for the return or refund details.
